They are petty thieves who can’t make a honest living by producing quality content that people actually voluntarily resubscribe to. Instead of asking people if they want another year they just take $60 and tell you after. If somehow you forget the cancel-by date a year later and request a refund they’ll refuse, even if you ask the same day. Total scumbags</p>

Sorry, but using an automatic renewal does not make them a scam. News papers, magazines, lawn services, insurance companies, internet providers all use automatic renewals and they’re not a scam. It is up to the consumer to read and understand a contract between themselves and a vendor.
