Back on our Leopard days, I purchased an EC Pop Off Spring Kit, EC-715. The Leopard is long gone but I still have the kit with most of the springs and shims. It now seems we will be running a Tillotson carb again on a KA-100. The kit came with a reference sheet listing what spring would give a certain pop-off pressure in a given carb. The reference sheet lists 26 different carbs, but it was created long before there was an HW-33A. Is there a older Tillotson carb that is similar to the HW-33A as far as pop-springs?
      The carbs listed are:
      HL-166B, HL-304E, HL-304WX, HL-314G, HL-334A, HL-334AB, HL-334B, HL-334WX, HL-348A, HL-348B, HL-348C, HL-348D, HL-355A, HL-355B, HL-355C, HL-347A, HL-357B, HL-360A, HL-360C, HL-380A, HL-380B, HL-383A, HL-348A, HL-385A
I have send EC an email but have had no response.
If there are no similar carbs, I an will to part with the kit.

Well from the responses I have another item for a swap meet or have another small parts bin.

Tony, when you are rebuilding a carb you could put in several of the springs and test the pop-offs and compare it to the chart and probably find one that is almost identical.
