My radiator on my kart is getting old and beat Up. So, I would like to make my own, I have the skills, but not the parts needed.

I can find everything (cores, hoses, in and out attachments, thermostat and neck. What i cannot find for the life of me are the end tanks.

1.does anyone know where I can find these?

    2. Will any of the rads, for moto-x, atvs, or crotch rockets ,etc Fit?

Since you sound confident about welding Al, how about cutting end tanks off a salvage radiator & welding onto your new core. Size of scrap radiator would have to be your guide to buying the right core size…could be a little awkward. Or just bend up an Al sheet metal box for top & bottom. There is no magic shape as far as I can tell!

Thanks for the reply. After more searching I found it. You were right gotta custom fab them from sheet metal.
