      OK So=Cal Karters, pick a day or run both days. Stock Honda goes over 100mph at Big Willow!

      I went to the NCK website and it lists nothing about Willow

      Jack, Nck’s site is behind the times! If you are on Facebook they announced on there too. We will be running Big Willow. We ran there 3 times last year. They started a Forums and I didn’t see a link on their site. http://www.nckroadracingforum.com/?forum=417658

      The forum says we are running on “Streets” Which is wrong.

      Howdy Folks,
      So sorry that our web site is not being updated.  Northern California Karter’s in conjunction with Speed Ventures & Speed District presents “Two days of Spring” at Willow Springs Raceway California.  The Saturday/Sunday event comprises a combination of Multiple Track Day Sessions, The Willwood Corvette Challenge, The Cadillac Challenge and NCK racing.

      As far as I know the following schedule will be used at our next race at BIG WILLOW April 4th & 5th:Sat format is
      20 min Practice
      20 min practice
      race 1 20 min (this is like our normal race 1)
      Heat 2 20 min  All classes.
      Sun. format
      15 min practice
      15 min practice
      Heat 1a 15 min (for our 30 min classes)
      Heat 1b  20 min  (for our normal Heat classes)
      Heat 2a 15 min  (for our 30 min classes)
      Heat 2b 20 min  (for our normal Heat classes)
      entry fee’s $195 for Sat only AYCR
      Sat.& Sun. $295 AYCR
      First time road racer Sat. only $85
      Sat & Sun $165.00

      BBQ Saturday sponsored by Richard Hillerman and the Electric Karts

      4 days and we will be racing!  Get you entries in now!   We are running on a tight schedule so be prepared and get to the grid on time.  Dave M. can not attend so we will be gridding ourselves.  Early start (8am driver’s meeting) means no time for registration at the track so get registered now!

      What a track!  Flat out thru turn 9 in a 250 takes nerve!  It took me all weekend to finally do it.  1:26 was the fast lap by Anthony Williams with Dave Fultz in 2nd.  Big Thank You to Anthony for my motor work!  Roadracers are the nicest people. Competitors helping each other.  Jan’s Kitchen (Dean Darwin’s wife) was open to the boys and she was so happy to have us.  Dean and Dean and Mark and Mark had mechanical failures. Jim and Dan’s new kart is gorgeous as we have all come to expect from Ian Harrison’s Viper Racing.  Thanks to Richard the electric kart dude for dinner Saturday night as the BBQ for the whole club was delicious and appreciated.
