Anyone have a starting point for gearing at MO for a TAG Master?

    Thanks

    16-78 I believe for a Stock Leopard

    Gordy,

Depends on what Engine, your weight, etc……16-78 sounds about right.

    Just to clarify:
For a WKA Road Race there is no TAG “Master” class. We either run TAG or TAG Heavy. If you’ve never been to M/O you are in for quite a treat! Hope to see you there….I will be in Garage # 10 if you need any help.

Thanks Dave and Glen for the info.

I’m running a Leopard and weigh in at 400 + or – a couple pounds.  (Me and the kart, lol) I’ve run MO for many years in a Formula Ford with SCCA, can’t wait to try it in a kart.

One more question : Will we run the whole track or do they shorten it with one of the cutoffs to the back straight ?

The whole thing! The only new twist for you might be that we take the chicane immediately before the Keyhole… which is great, like the rest of the track. I look forward to this race every year.
