I have a kart with magura front and rear brakes. The rear brakes are working fine, but the front brakes are hardly engaging. I have the bias all of the way to the front… The front pads are new, the front rotors are not worn, and I’ve bled the brakes. What am I missing?

Please let me know if you need any more information. I’m looking to get on the track soon, and this is the last piece that I can’t get adjusted correctly.

      Thanks!

      Kelby,
Set the brake bias to it center position and pull the brake pedal hard and hold it. If the both master cylinders compress the same amount and hold that position, you either have a contaminant on the braking surfaces or they’re glazed.
If one of the master cylinders compresses more (assuming it’s the front’s), there is either air still in the system or there is a faulty seal. Start with the master cylinder and work your way out.
Also, make sure you’re using the correct brake fluid.
