Atlanta Motorsports Park in Dawsonville, GA has probably the coolest shifter track in the country. It is like a miniature Laguna Seca. Lots of elevation changes. Corner #1 is an uphill, almost flat left hander the then dives into a hairpin. After the hairpin it is a race up a steep hill, heading to the back section. Lots of passing, and tons of shifting per lap. Long straights, with tricky kinks. My son has raced about everywhere and absolutely loves AMP’s track. Last race had 8 shifters. Class is growing.

    details from their site –

Only kart track built to CIK level A/1 standards in America, that is the Formula 1 standard of kart tracks

Only kart track in America with the Formula 1 caution lighting and CCTV system

    .85 miles 26.2 feet wide

43 feet of elevation change – the most radical elevation changes of ANY kart track in the WORLD
