Advice on Water temp and CHT settings on CR80

Hi, I just bought a used Mychron gold from Ebay and installed it successfully on the kart.

Now I want to set up the low/high water temps and CHT alarms. Also the shift light, as you enter into that menu says:  08401, 09200, 10200, 11200, 13200 , even after clearing the data, they still there (may be factory set?, do I need to choose one?) It also says max rpm alarm, what should I set everything at?

I’ve reading the manual, but I’d your input to set up the mychron.

As far as I know the CR80 is stock.
