      Anyone know when 2016 schedules will be out? All I know about s the 2 races at MIS, and Roebling. I need to submit vacation requests for next year, or I will be at the mercy of management.

      Going to try and keep running tab of 2016 schedule here to keep it easier. Let me know if I made any mistakes.

      Dec:

      *27-30: Daytona (WKA)

      March:

      *11-13: Roebling (SKC/WKA National)
      *28-20: Kershaw (AKRA)

      April:

      *23-24: Lake Afton (KART/MARRS)

      May:

      *7-8: Summit Point Shenandoah Circuit (WKC)
      *7-8: Gateway (CES)
      *14-15: Lake Garnett (KART/MARRS)
      *21-22: MIS (MKC/AKRA)

      June:

      *4-5: Summit Point (WKC)
      *4-5: Blackhawk Farms (CES)
      *4-5: Hallett (KART/MARRS)
      *17-19: Mid Ohio (DKC/CES/AKRA)

      July:

      *9-10: Grattan (CES/AKRA)
      *9-10: Hastings (KART/MARRS)
      *22-24: VIR, North Course (WKC/WKA National)

      Aug:

      *6-7: BlackHawk Farms (CES)
      *6-7: Lake Garnet (KART/MARRS)
      *27-28: Summit Point (WKC/WKA National)

      Sept:

      *10-11: Gingerman (CES)
      *10-11: Lake Afton (KART/MARRS)
      *16-18: Atlanta Motorsports Park (WKA Grand National)
      *24-25: : MIS (MKC/AKRA)

      Oct:

      *1-2: Roebling (SKC)
      *7-9: Hallet (KART/MARRS)
      *8-9: Summit Point (WKC)

       

      Old Message:

      I agree it would be nice to know and I have heard what schedules might look like but that is about it, just heard not confirmed.  I do know some of the organizations don’t get there next year races dates until closer to new year so we might not hear anything for awhile.

      So far on confirmed ones I have seen are:

      AKRA:

      Kershaw – March 18-20

      MIS – May 20-22

      MIS – Sept 23-25

       

      WKA:

      Daytona – Dec 27-30

      Roebling – March 11-13

       

      I have heard CES schedule will be close to same as this past year and that AKRA will probably also have Mid Ohio race and WKA will have Summit, VIR and Barber.  No dates or guarantees on those though.

        If you are interested in coming and race with the KART/MARRS family, here is their 2016 schedule.

        APRIL 23/24: LAKE AFTON PARK, GODDARD KS.

        MAY 14/15: LAKE GARNETT, GARNETT KS.

        JUNE 4/5: HALLETT, JENNINGS OK.

        JULY 9/10: MOTORPARKHASTINGS, HASTINGS NE.

        AUGUST 13/14: LAKE GARNETT, GARNETT KS.

        SEPTEMBER 10/11: LAKE AFTON, GODDARD KS.

        OCTOBER 7-9: HALLETT, JENNINGS OK. (KART Road Race National Championships).

        NOTE: The Hallett June 4/5 event will be a “2-day/2-way” event. Looking at running CCW on Saturday and CW on Sunday. The October Hallett event will be the ran the same direction all 3 days (CW) as it is the Nationals.

        As far as the event schedule, the KART/MARRS events (excluding the nationals) are 2 day events. We have 2 1/2 – 3 hours practice each day then a lunch break followed by 3-30 and 2 -45 minute races. Anyone needing information on this series, contact myself (316-218-3645, Kelly.read@westarenergy.com, donnaandkelly@Hotmail.com. You can find information for each event as it comes available on the KART web (www.kart.org).

      Just remember that MIS dates will be 2 Day Races, with Friday as Registration, sign-in, move in, and Safety Tech Inspection day.  The schedules will be such that 4 hours of practice is scheduled for Saturday, and early wrap-up on Sunday so you can get home at a decent time.  Schedule will be pretty close to what we had in 2015.

      I see CES has their 2016 schedule posted which includes races at Gateway, Mid Ohio (DART), Blackhawk Twice, Grattan and Gingerman.  A full packed road race season.  So no matter where you live come race amongst the best at the best.

      Sorry for the delay, but we just finalized our schedule a week ago!

      Woodbridge Kart Club 2016

      *May 7-8 Summit Point, Shenandoah Circuit.

      *June 4-5 Summit Point.

      *July 22-24 VIR, North Course.  WKA National.

      *August 27-28 Summit Point.  WKA National.

      *October 8-9 Summit Point.

      The VIR and Summit Point August dates listed as nationals has to be approved by the WKA NRRC and Trustees, but I’m pretty sure those are good to go.

      Take care and have fun at Daytona.

        For KART/MARRS, the Hastings event is July 9/10. You have it under June.

      I added the WKA RR series races to the event directory on kartpulse and I’ll get the CES races finished too. Who’s willing to help get the other road races on the map so people can find them?

      It’s pretty easy to add them, I just need someone so help get them on there.

      VIR in July has been cancelled.

      WKA site now shows TBA on the series schedule page.

      Apparently VIR has to do some repaving and cancelled all of July.

      WKC/WKA not to blame…..completely out of their control.
