This is a front running National Comet X30 and a brand new Praga.  We bought and assembled this kart midway through a race weekend.  The kart model is a 2015 Praga Dragon EVO that has been raced one time.  The chassis is 100% true and is in excellent condition.  Comes with a Comet blueprinted X30 engine package that only has a couple hours since the last rebuild.  Package has high end upgrades such as SKF ceramic rear axle bearings, OTK MXC wheels (nearly $900 per set), and Mychron 4 with GPS unit.  Comes with the following extras: external starter, spare axles, and rain wheel set with rain tires.  This is the top of the line package with all the bells and whistles.
