Per David’s daughter Amber Sarsycki Simmons: Service will be held at Hibbs Funeral Home Saturday March 21st at 2 pm. 2190 Harper St Choctaw, OK. Afterwards everyone is invited to Dad’s for a get together in the back of the property (20884 SE 29th, Harrah, OK). Please tell anyone that may want to come celebrate Dad’s life with me.
