AKRA is not requiring spec fuel at this time. WKA uses spec fuel because Sunoco is a sponsor and pays WKA, as do the oil sponsors.

My point on oil is that in laydowns some people run 6 oz/gal some run up to 10 oz/gal. This gives you a choice of how much you can run. As far as the octane on other motors can’t answer that.

As far as am I for or against it. We won more races using Sunoco than VP C12. It is cheaper per gallon. I think we had less wear using C12 and Blendzall but what do I know. I am a banker.

One thing I agree on. Anytime you put the word spec on something the price just went up.
