Great Duels in Sarno’s Heats of the WSK Super Master Series
Exciting battles have taken place in Sarno in qualifying heats ahead of the final phase of this third race of the WSK Super Master Series, which will reach its end on Sunday, March 5th at the International Circuit Napoli and will crown the winners of the MINI, OKJ, OK and KZ2.
The round in Sarno is particularly important for the championship, as it will be useful for those who are capable of seizing the opportunity to increase their advantage in the standings, but essential for those who need to make up some ground thanks to the opportunity of a point increase across the four races of the championship. After the first two races in Lonato and Franciacorta, and after this third race in Sarno, the final race in Cremona on April 30th will offer the final verdict.

KZ2 – Bertuca leads a lot of rivals.
In the heats of KZ2 at least 5 drivers, and a few others, emerged with chances to fight for victory. The current leader of the standings, the Italian Cristian Bertuca (Birel Art Racing/BirelArt-TM), secured the top spot with three heat wins. Behind him, the other BirelART driver, Giuseppe Palomba, claimed two wins and was followed by the Frenchman Emilien Denner (Sodikart/Sodi-TM-Vega), who qualified in pole position, and then secured one heat victory. Among the other winners, the British driver Freddie Slater (Birel Art Racing/BirelArt-TM) has been shining with two wins, while the Frenchman Tom Leuillet (Tony Kart Racing Team/Tony Kart-Vortex) and the German Paul Maximilian (DR/DR-Modena Engines) took one win each. The Dutch driver Senna Van Walstijn (Sodikart/Sodi-TM) is also among the favourites.

OK – Przyrowski leads Walther and Egozi.
In OK, the winner at Franciacorta, the Dane driver David Walther (Koski Motorsport/Tony Kart-Vortex-LeCont) bounced back well from practice. He is currently second in the standings and in a tight battle with the other protagonists of the category, such as the Polish driver Jan Przyrowski (Tony Kart Racing Team/Tony Kart-Vortex), who took first place after the heats, and the current classification leader, the American Luis James Egozi (Tony Kart Racing Team/Tony Kart-Vortex), who finished third in the heats. René Lammers (Parolin Motorsport/Parolin-TM) won the last heat and moved up to fourth position. The Belgian driver Thomas Strauven (Ricky Flynn/LN Kart-Vortex) finished in fifth place, followed by the Hungarian Martin Molnar (Energy Corse/Energy-TM) and the Italian Luigi Coluccio (Tony Kart Racing Team/Tony Kart-Vortex).

OKJ – Bondarev and Kaczynski on the move.
The current classification leader Stepan Antonov (KR Motorsport/KR-Iame) struggled to recover from the qualifying heats, while the Ukrainian Oleksandr Bondarev (KR Motorsport/KR-Iame-Vega), secured the pole position and led the pack after the heats, while the Swedish driver Elliot Kaczynski (Ward Racing/Tony Kart-Vortex) came second in the heats, making a big leap forward but is behind in the championship standings. The Colombian Salim Hanna Hernandez (Ricky Flynn/LN Kart-Vortex) performed well with a win, as did the Swedish driver Scott Kin Lindblom (Tony Kart Racing Team/Tony Kart-Vortex), Tiziano Monza (Shamick/Parolin-Vega) who won the final heat, and the Scottish driver Zac Drummond (Parolin Motorsport/Parolin-TM), who claimed two wins. The Italian Filippo Sala (Sodikart/Sodi-TM) ended his effort in seventh position. The Czech driver Jindrich Pesl (IPK Official Racing/IPK-TM) was also among the top drivers.

MINI GR.3 – Classification leader Hoogendoorn dominates.
The championship leader, the Dutchman Dean Hoogendoorn (Kidix/KR-Iame-Vega), is leading the pack with authority after the heats. He claimed 3 wins and recovered from the ninth place in qualifying. Following him are the Englishman Noah Baglin (IKart/KR-Iame), eighth in the championship, and the Romanian Bogdan Cosma Cristofor (Team Driver/KR-Iame), who is sixth in the championship. The American Keelan Harvick (BabyRace/Parolin-Iame) currently precedes his teammate, the Turkish Iskender Zulfikari, third in the championship and winner of the first race in Lonato. The other protagonist in the category, Vladimir Ivannikov (Gamoto/EKS-TM), is currently sixth, while the winner of Franciacorta, the Spaniard Bosco Arias Chavarri (Team Driver/KR-Iame), is a bit behind for now.

MINI GR.3 U10 – Giusto takes the classification lead.
In MINI Gr.3 Under 10, Giacomo Giusto (Modena Kart/Parolin-TM-Vega) achieved a good result, confirming a very positive trend. With one victory, the Italian driver took the first position after the heats. Also, Daniil Kutskov (BabyRace/Parolin-Iame) had a good performance, moving up to second place, followed by his teammates, the Polish Leonardo Gorski and the Swiss Albert Tamm, both with one victory. The current leader Antoine Venant (Kidix/KR-Iame) is instead lagging a bit behind.
