With four of six rounds in the Superkarts! USA (SKUSA) Pro Tour in the books, Speed Concepts Racing (SCR) driver Ayden Ingratta heads to the New Castle Motorsports Park as the X30 Junior championship point leader. With a shot at another national title, Ingratta will look to build upon his two pole positions, two victories and three top-five results in four series events.
Leading by 76 markers over his closest competitor, Ingratta needs to have a consistent weekend of results to garner the title. A perennial frontrunner and consistent challenger for podiums and race wins, the Canadian will look to continue that trend this weekend in Indiana.
“We have done well all year focusing on race wins and podiums, and that will be the same focus we have for round five on Saturday,” explained Ingratta. “After round five, we will reset the goals and expectations for Sunday’s race to make sure we are in position to top the championship point standings.”
Ready to hit the track on Thursday, Ingratta will get down to business with unofficial practice before wheel-to-wheel action begins on Saturday and Sunday.
