Rotax Max Challenge Grand Finals 2018 Hits Brazil This Week
Drivers from around the world set to battle for Rotax titles on November 26-December 1
It is Rotax week around the world, as the 2018 edition of the Rotax Max Challenge Grand Finals is set to take place in for the first time in Brazil. Drivers from around the globe have converged on the International Circuit Paladino in Conde – State of Paraiba to contest the 19th running of this event. This is the third time for the event to be on this side of the Atlantic, first since 2013 in the United States with Puerto Rico hosting the first ever in 2000. Six categories utilizing Rotax engines and chassis provided by Birel ART, Praga and Sodi Kart will battle in what is the ‘true’ world championship, named the ‘Olympics of Karting’. In total, 10 drivers from the USA and eight from Canada are set to take on the world.
