USPKS Adds Nitro Kart as Presenting Sponsor, Releases 2018 Prize Package

The United States Pro Kart Series (USPKS) presented by MG Tires and IAME USA East is pleased to announce the addition of Nitro Kart as a third presenting sponsor.  With Nick Tucker at the helm, Nitro Kart has been making big waves in the cadet kart ranks in recent years.  USPKS is pleased to have the Mooresville, NC based operation on board as both a series supporter and in the paddock as a top contending team.

In addition to the Nitro Kart becoming part of the long list of industry members supporting the USPKS, the series is happy to announce the 2018 prize package. Last year’s awards were among the best in the industry, but one thing was missing from the 2017 version, a Winner’s Circle program.  USPKS has some great competition, and want that competition to keep coming back year after year to defend their titles.  For 2018, in addition to the great IAME prizes, USPKS will officially have a Winner’s Circle program to encourage the return of the top finishers.  Each Winner’s Circle package has an average estimated value of $2000.  The total prize package is estimated to be worth $50,000.

The full 2018 United States Pro Kart Series prize package is below:

* The top-three competitors in the X30 Pro and X30 Junior classes will choose from the following prizes, with the champion getting the first choice.

  1. Ticket to 2018 IAME International Final in Le Mans, France; which includes entry, tires, and 3000€ credit toward a team Arrive & Drive fee.
  2. USPKS Winner’s Circle program, which includes season entry and MG Yellow race tires to the 2019 USPKS.
  3. IAME X30 Engine Package courtesy of IAME USA East

* The top-three competitors in the Mini Swift class will choose from the following prizes, with the champion getting the first choice.

  1. Ticket to 2018 IAME International Final in Lemans, which includes entry and tires.
  2. USPKS Winner’s Circle program, which includes season entry and MG Red race tires to the 2019 USPKS.
  3. IAME X30 Engine Package courtesy of IAME USA East

* The top-three competitors in the Micro Swift, KA100 Junior, and KA100 Senior will choose from the following prizes, with the champion getting the first choice.

  1. USPKS Winner’s Circle program, which includes season entry and MG Red race tires to the 2019 USPKS.
  2. IAME Engine Package courtesy of IAME USA East (for the class they participated in).
  3. Single event entry and race tires for one event at the 2019 USPKS.

The X30 Masters will also be eligible for the Winner’s Circle program if the class averages eight (8) entries per race day.  Other prizes in this class are to be announced at a later time.

In addition to these prizes, IAME will also be providing parts packages for other top finishers at season’s end, while USPKS will be doing drawings at every event for things such as free tires, gas cards, VP fuel, and more.

In other news, USPKS would also like to welcome VP Fuels as the new Official Spec Fuel. Express Karts and Parts will continue as the trackside fuel vendor, now selling 5 gallon cans of VP C12 as the spec fuel.  Redline Oil will continue to be the Official Oil of the United States Pro Kart Series.
