Added to this year’s prize package partners is SONIC Tools.

“The relationship with Briggs & Stratton was one of the first relationships that SONIC Tools started stateside,” added SONIC Tools COO Johnny Petrina. “We are proud to be able to partner with such a market leader and innovator as Briggs & Stratton. The core values of the companies line up perfectly and from the first conversation with David Klaus, we knew that the future was really bright for our partnership. Our role is pretty simple in this partnership: support and add value to the karting world by providing efficient solutions to Briggs & Stratton and its partners, clients. Briggs & Stratton builds such a fantastic product line that we are proud to be the tool provider that is used and that now can be offered to Briggs & Stratton customers.”
For 2016, the Briggs Weekly Racing Series is handing out a total of 60 SONIC Tools 61-piece Socket Set – valued at $220 each. For the Senior/Masters division, the 13th position down to the 17th position in the four regions (East, West, Midwest, Canada) will each receive one SONIC Tools set. The top-20 in the two regions for the Junior standings all earn a set.
“For this year’s growing WRS program, we are excited to have SONIC Tools USA partner with us,” stated David Klaus of Briggs & Stratton Racing. “The first time I talked to Johnny Petrina from SonicTools USA and mentioned families, grassroots racing, and what we were doing to support clubs, there was no hesitation to be a partner. What precipitated that call was falling in love with the quality and precision of their tools, which many of our technicians use. From the feel of the handle to the balance in your hand the first time I picked up a SONIC Tool socket wrench, I had a fresh reminder of the pleasure of engineering. The SONIC Tool sets we will be giving away as part of our Weekly Racing Series prizes I can almost guarantee will grow into a full blown addiction.”
