Round Two of So Cal Oval Karters Season Saturday in Victorville

After more than a month off, the So Cal Oval Karters will contest round #2 of its championship season this Saturday night, April 23rd, at Wheel2Wheel Raceway on the San Bernardino County Fairgrounds in Victorville.   The Speedway Sprints and Wheel2Wheel resident Dirt Karts will also be on action on the banked 1/8 of a mile oval.  Racing will start at 6:00 PM.

The first race of the season on March 12th saw La Verne’s Jason Morheiser notch wins in both the F200 and Senior 4 Cycle classes at Wheel2Wheel.  Local driver Chris Southern of Hesperia scored the victory  in the KT100’s and Joe Gibb of Long Beach took home the trophy in the Opens.   All of the winners and classes will be back on Saturday.  In addition, the popular Junior/Junior class for the kids will also be in action.

The SCOK will be back at Wheel2Wheel on May 21st and June 4th before making it’s first of three 2016 Perris Auto Speedway appearances on June 18th.
