Roger Ralston Jr. is certainly a driver to watch out for this summer season. The KartSport North America pilot has clearly found a niche in the partnership and has a tremendous start to the United States Pro Kart Series (USPKS) that he is not looking to stop.

Ralston’s last USPKS race at the GoPro Motorplex in Mooresville, North Carolina resulted in a double win in the Leopard Pro class. The 17-year-old driver proved himself among a large field of competitive, experienced drivers and instilled promise for a fantastic 2014 summer season.

“Winning both days in Mooresville was really a huge deal to me,” expressed Ralston. “Working with KartSport North America has led to nothing but good results wherever we go. I am really excited to continue through the year and compete at the highest level possible.”

Looking to the fast approaching USPKS round two at Michiana Raceway Park (MRP) in South Bend, Indiana this coming weekend, Roger Ralston Jr. expects nothing less from himself than the success he worked for at the opening round of the series. Keeping momentum he gained in the first event weekend will be the key to staying in the lead for points. Facing experienced drivers like Indianapolis 500 driver Sage Karam, Ralston feels that the team will still have enough speed to take the win.

Ralston added, “I’ve got some experience at MRP and I really like the track. It’s going to be a fun weekend and I’m hoping to stay competitive and at the front of the field.”

Ralston was recently named the number three TaG driver in North America in’s 2014 Driver Rankings and was given a driver “On the Move” feature in the article. He looks upon the media attention as encouragement for the success in his future, which he will undoubtedly find.
