This coming weekend (September 27-29) will mark the fifth annual Streets of Lancaster Grand Prix, and the CRG-USA team will be represented in full force. The Grand Junction, Colorado-based operation will support nine CRG drivers spread out across three categories, taking part in this wildly popular street race in Southern California. Stacey Cook and his professional race team will travel aboard their new hauler full of karts, parts and tools ready to assist any and all CRG drivers throughout the weekend in Lancaster.

Waving the CRG-USA colors proudly in the S1 Pro Stock Moto class will be reigning Superkarts! USA Pro Tour S2 Semi-Pro Stock Moto champion, Sabre Cook. Despite taking part in her second year of college at the Colorado School of Mines, Cook continues to compete regularly and is always logging laps. Most recently, Cook secured the S1 championship in the Rocky Mountain ProKart Challenge region. Cook will be joined in the highly competitive S1 field by CRG-USA teammate Jimmy McNeil. Coming into the Streets of Lancaster Grand Prix, which also serves as the season finale for the California ProKart Challenge, McNeil sits second in the S1 point standings. McNeil is sure to be a threat for the win on the city streets of Lancaster, as he was in contention during last year’s event against defending Pro Tour champion Fritz Leesmann.

In the S2 Semi-Pro Stock Moto class, CRG-USA will be fielding three drivers. After narrowly missing out on the Rocky Mountain PKC S2 championship, Christian Schureman is certain to be at the front all weekend. Schureman, who currently sits second in the Pro Tour S2 fight, has worked very well with the CRG-USA team after coming aboard earlier in the season, and expect nothing but terrific results in Lancaster and of course at the SKUSA SuperNationals coming up in November. Vivek Tandon will be racing out of the CRG-USA tent in Lancaster this weekend. Tandon enters the final round of the California PKC in Lancaster fourth overall in the S2 points tally. Joining Tandon and Schureman will be first year shifter pilot Lindsay Brewer. The Senior  and shifterkart rookie is anything but. Brewer cranked out impressive weekends throughout the summer months competing in the Rocky Mountain PKC as well as a host of other events across the state.

Robert Marks, Darrell Tunnell and Levi Bennett will contest the S4 Masters Stock Moto class under the CRG-USA banner. Coming off an impressive run in Grand Junction at the SummerNationals that never saw him leave the top five, Marks looks to prove that he is a force to be reckoned with at all major races. Next to Marks is Darrell Tunnell. Sitting a very close third place in California PKC points, Tunnell could leave Lancaster with a PKC title in hand. Levi Bennett, who unfortunately missed the SummerNationals in July, will be back behind the wheel of his CRG as he joins his California teammates in S4. Luke Bianco will be representing CRG-USA in the S4 Magnum Stock Moto category in Lancaster. Bianco is the leader in the S4 Magnum point race in the California PKC.

Following the Streets of Lancaster Grand Prix, CRG-USA team is looking forward to the final major event on the 2013 schedule. The SKUSA SuperNationals XVII on November 20-24 in Las Vegas will close out the year, and decide the final points in the SKUSA Pro Tour for the many CRG drivers in contention. Arrive-and-Driver opportunities are available in all shifterkart and TaG categories, as well as the DD2 and Rotax Junior categories.
