Anybody know the thinking behind WKA rear wheel size for World Formula?

7.10 x 5 seems comparatively wide for the power. My new Arrow 4S came with 6.0 x 5 for the rears.

Maybe it's a CIK thing? WKA is affiliated with them and WF is still a CIK class AFAIK.
