There seems to be great drivers in all the classes. However, 93 total? And as I understand it 17 in the Mini Max final? Top 5 may look good until you realize that first place seems to check out and top four are half the track behind. Second year CKI series, same as the first????????? ( Derek's Dad)
If you are less then 2 tenths from the winner then you will have a good chance at the Grand Nationals. It's still great practice!

| I saw 12-13 on mylaps, and its Leopard only I believe. I was supprised at how few people showed up for all the classes. With so many races in such a short period of time I imagine non-team drivers have to pick and choose which ones to run. Since they usually make up 95% of entries the fields will be spread out over all the races. |

The Tag Sr. class has 5 in but they are running with the Rotax Masters Class which is why I only post top three in each class.
UNOFFICIAL ROTAX SR. FINAL
1. 202 Arie Ouimet
2. 41 Alex Speed
3. 48 Richard Benitez
4. 20 Taylor Miinch
5. 2 Jarvis Gennari _________________ Mykala Terrel |

How many drivers showed up? It seems like guys are running 2 and 3 classes. Just curious. I have given up on video and timing and scoring, it's just not worth the hassle. _________________ B.Francis, |

Mykala,
Timing and scoring is sorting the races by lap time not by position
Derek's Dad,
CKI has only been in existence for 8 months. Their first race was 05-30-09 _________________ Mark Ouimet |

Looks like there are four on the Saturday MyLaps results.
The Saturday numbers on MyLaps show:
KF2: 9
KF3:8
CIK total: 17
IAME Sr: 4
IAME total: 4
Rotax Sr: 25
Rotax Jr: 14
Rotax Masters:9
Rotax Mini Max: 18
Rotax total: 66
It will be interesting to see if/how many dropped out on Sunday because of the rain.............. _________________ Bill Wright

Thanks Mark!! I have been really confused...I am watching Taylor Miinch, my son Cory is working for him here..
Also just wanted to say in CKI's defense..not one person has mentioned the economy has a lot do with it I am sure..any karter at any race is lucky and very blessed!! Also any one that gets to work and stay in karting that way is very lucky and blessed too
Be safe and good luck to all in the mains!!

Interesting statistic:
The Rotax entries of the CKI event make up approx. 69% of their entries.
87 total, 66 Rotax.
The Rotax entries of the first rounds of the FWT made up approx. 69% of the total FWT entries.
291 total, 223 Rotax. _________________ Bill Wright
