Like the title states looking for what pad options might be out there for a 1999 MBA Montermini shifter with front brakes?? Idealy looking for some agressive front pads and less agressive rear to get better balance without resorting to extreme bias adjustment Any info welcome...

Think the MBA was made by Parolin, so probably Righetti K182 equivalents - if so, some grinding might be required to clear the hub flanges.

Check out page 4 for the pads...

I've often wondered if one of the custom pad makers for racing cars (Porterfield?) might be able to start with the old pad sets and put on new friction materials of your choice? Might be worth a shot.

YES, Porterfields shop will do that with your choice of friction materials. It's wise to send them a dozen or so backings...it's basically the same price for one or a bunch of custom pads.

Really miss Andy, he was a great guy and it was always fun to pop by their shop late on a Friday for bench racing with the gang.
