Seems the folks at FOX have decided to rebrand Speed from motorsports to general sports. It is a way for them to get an ESPN like channel into 80M homes. http://www.forbes.com/sites/jasonbelzer/2013/03/05/fox-sports-1-poised-to-take-on-espn-and-nbc-sports/
Not a huge loss to me since F1 has already moved and I did not partake of much of the overload of NASCAR coverage on the station. I just hope the keep WindTunnel around (although cut down to 30min it's already hamstrung).
