Last fall a friend of mine sold me a kart that he told me was used for enduro racing. I have been trying to figure out what brand chassis it was. He sold it to me for next to nothing because the Kt100 engine on it had blown and it was really uncared for and abused most of it's life after being raced. I am new to the site and have no idea how to post pictures so I will try my best to describe it.
The engine mount is not on the right side like most karts, it's on the left. It has a belt driven wet clutch on the 1 inch rear axle, lay down seat, mcp dual front disk brakes for enduro. I think it may be vintage.
The frame doesn't seem like it has ever been wrecked, but has many various weld repairs. |

Hi Ed,
Any pics?
Pictures of the spindle mounts, steering supports, and rear bearing area would help someone identify.
Left hand engine is the most common on endures so that the clutch can be driven on the inside.

I have no idea how to post pics but I can try answering your questions. The spindles I think might be 10 degree, the steering mount is 2 chromed bars and are angled like so /\ up toward the steering shaft, not straight up like the old emmick karts. The rear bearing hangars look only big enough to accept the 1 inch axle with bearings.
I have pics, but have no idea how to post them. |

| The kart is a mid 80's coyote enduro. |
