The biggest thing i could suggest is stand behind your product. I think kicking tires for over a year now on a fleet of your rental karts but I haven't pulled the trigger because I can't get any references of tracks using your karts. every time I'm told that what you guys offer now it's not representative of what is in use and that I am welcome to fly down to Florida in actually check out the current product myself at anytime.

well I appreciate this offer it doesn't answer questions like how the product holds up, if there are issues with things like welds and bearings as there have been in the past. I've heard from previous customers there are often lots of little issues than are not expensive to fix individuality but add up in terms of cost. A larger issue than this, especially to a track operator is equipment downtime and the resulting loss of revenue. if I could have gotten some assurances of the quality of the product rather than just fly down and have a look at yourself I would be operator of an indoor facility with your electric karts point in time.
