Just doing a shout out for the 2013 SIMA winter series being held in Sumas, WA near the Canadian border.
Race dates are Feb 2nd, March 9th, and March 30th.

We've got a few hardcore guys signed up already and several waiting for the weather forecast first. I man up and run rain or shine.
SIMA offers a 1st time racer discount, entry is only $30 for your first race including armband.
4-cycle is gaining some racers with a mix of clones and GX200's. We run 380#'s minimum weight. GX200's show up running ASN and Seattle Karting club rules and compete closely with clones under IKF(basically AKRA BSP rules-with 18# honda springs). We welcome LO206's or other 4-cycle packages to compete and may adjust weights to balance out racing. I'll be testing a clone package for 420# + "super heavy' in this series and may build a sub-class from there based on results.
I'm aware the Seattle kart club did not have their Monroe winter series this year, so if you guys have cabin fever take advantage of the 1st time discount and come race with us:)
