Best first kart set up

Hi all,

What would be a strong karting set up for my first season. I am 16,
6 foot 1, and 175 pounds. I am between HPV and kt100 engine packages and need suggestions for chassis's or other engine packages. My home track will be New Jersey Motorsports Park.

No special chassis needed at that track, it's all HP/aero like a mini road race track. You don't even need new tires, just need to be short and small with a good motor to win there.
