These are complete and have the 8mm king pin. You can put these on a 10mm kingpin set up but you must use the mini-sniper set up. The bolted right on my 2011 CRG. Extra pads included and just came of a working Kart. Bolt on and go. Alot light than the VEN 5s and I think just as good. 407-222-9515 Phone calls only Mark
