Leopards haven't really changed. They changed to the MY09 Leopard in 2009, and there is no performance difference. _________________ T.J. Koyen

We've found no real difference between them, and we have one of each. The MY09 clutch drum is a little easier to get off for bearing lub, but that's about it. If you use an external starter, you'll need a different starter nut (?) thing for the end of your hand held starter. But again, no big deal.
We road race them in Stock Leopard per WKA rules, and there are quite a few of both old and new models running that class. There is really no different in performance to speak of, just as TJ stated.

Funny thing is, I just met Jim Jr. for the first time @ the RoboPong a few weeks ago. _________________ Spec TaG Masters @ NCMP / #23 |
