Put a vise-grip on the bolt head and use a hammer to hit the vise grip. Make sure to spray some lubricant in the hole first... _________________ Ken Schilling

| Is the bolt out at all? Try applying pressure on the nut to keep it from spinning by wedging a screwdriver in between the bolt head and the bumper bushings and then see if the bolt will unscrew without the nut turning. |

Take a small flat head screwdriver and hammer it in between the chassis and the rubber grommet. Where the screwdriver goes between the two, their will be a small gap. Get a can of wd40, put the red extension tip that goes into the nozzle in that gap and spray. Do this repeatedly around the grommet. Do it a few times in different places and you should be able to free it up.
If I didnt explain that well enough, let me know. Ill try again tomorrow when ive had less beer |

| If there is no tension on the "rubber insert" you should be able to just pull it out of the frame rail, hammer on something that fits around the bolt and under the bolt head (I used large adjustable wrench) it out of the frame. Then you can look at it and see what is wrong. If I am understanding what is aeppenning here correctly. |

| Can you try hitting the brace to try to get the round rubber thingy out of the frame together with the bolt? Don't hit it too hard in case it daoes not move |
