Hi Guys
Just for fun!!
This is the dynograph for a 2003 FPE updated in 2009 by FPE (wedge cranks, 2009 cylinders, PVL Ign, 2009 FPE pipes), just tickled and rebuilt by us. For a laugh we put on a set of age old Merlin pipes used by Martin Hines "back in the day". God knows exactly when, but I mean OLD!!!!! Guess which run is which?? No prizes for this one.
In fairness, we just stuck the pipes on. No efforts were made to optimise for them
Best Regards

I like the graph of the older pipes up to the 11,600rpm.

I don't expect that engine will be spending much if any time below 10,000 rpm on the track.....so there is actually little difference below 11,600......unless we are drag racing as well as limiting the engine to 11'600 RPM. |
