If I cut my C12 with pump gas, would the E15 make the fuel illegal for autocross (Ethanol)?

Because of the higher performance you get with lower octane without detonation.

I have a spread sheet that calculates gas octane mixing this and that. But not sure about Ethanol blended gas.
