Birel shifter chassis bent?? How to repair is so??

So i took my axle off my 2008 birel shifter and i noticed looking at the chassis from the rear, the part where the cassette all the way to the left slides into, the 2 pieces that sit straight up are bent.. I was wondering if is it possible for such thing to get repaired. I dont want to throw away my chassis.. If i take it to a metal and weld shop can they cut those 2 pieces and maybe replicate and weld the same exact thing on it. I would appreciate any advice on this.

anything can be repaired, use somebody that knows kart chassis repair.
