I found this site it is for motorcross but it has lots of info on 2 cycle engines If you look at the tech articles I thought would be interesting http://www.eric-gorr.com/index.html
P.S. this is not my site i am not trying to sell any thing etc.etc.
it should be specially interesting for shifters because of the same engines and carbs
