How many "Rotaxians" would be interested in racing at Road Atlanta?
It appears that the ball has been dropped on SSC's Rotax roadracing challenge, and in my overly simplistic view, the LTN race at Road Atlanta would be the perfect place to pick it up!!
A great venue, and a race that could use a boost anyway. Think about it - SKUSA LTN / NASKA / and Rotax Road Race Challenge joining together. I think it's got legs, does anyone agree?
BTW - A Rotax race at Road Atlanta SHOULD draw racers from the Florida Rotax hotbed. Right Nick, Bill?
Just thinkin' out loud,

You should be so silly...
You can't possibly expect all those organizations to cooperate for one Event. Anyhow...
SpeedQuest will be there in full force... I already have one rental spoken for, but I still have others...
Hope to see some of you Northerners there...

LTN at Atlanta? If that's been confirmed, it's news to me ! !
If so, I'm sure we'll have all the karts rented for that one! ! Heck I'll probably hand the annoucing off to Howden and race that one myself.
Seriously, if anyone is interested in an arrive-and-drive for that event, contact me ASAP. First pay, first play!!

Nick, I know I'm being silly to think that SKUSA / NASKA / and SSC's RMC could all just "get along" SKUSA and NASKA are a done deal (very nice) so it would be a matter of adding one class - OUR's!!
If SSC could recognize it as the official Rotax RR Challenge, it might make up for them dropping the ball in the first place.
I'm entering the DD2 class
Dates - I believe it's Thanksgiving weekend, November 29-01.
Rentals - Could be the key to a good turnout. Consider theT2 RaceKarts rental fleet THERE! (if we pull this together)

Brian, maybe we should have a NEW CLASS :
ROTAX RENTALS
Of course we would have to split it up into the the three classes: RoadRace Rotax Rental International (RRRRI), RoadRace Rotax Rentals Masters (RRRRM), and RoadRace Rotax Rentals Juniors (RRRRJ).
Do you want to take bets on whether you will have a DD2 by then?
As far as the SSC thing goes... Surely you jest.
It's only two months before the Sprint GRAND NATIONALS and we still don't have many specifics on the event itself, i.e. Host Hotel, registration information, etc.
And to make it worse, or better depending on where you are in the peanut gallery. They have now announced that the Top 8 Finishers in each Regional Series are qualified for the Grand Nationals. I don't think anyone has even finished their series yet besides Homestead. The people that worked so hard to be top 5 in the points by the last race or two might as well pack up their stuff now and start saving for the trip to Las Vegas. Not a very good Thank You to the people who have been making this program work all year.
But anyhow, enough griping, RR Nationals or not we will be there and I can probably bring about 25 of my closest RMAX buddies...

Count us in we are now up to 2 Rotax Tonys.
After you guys somebody has to come in 3rd & 4th.
There should be a 4th class Rotax Pro and added to Pro Moto SKUSA.
We would think about being a sponsor if you want to help kids.
