We had 17 entries at our last race. Great class - a lot of competition a lot of close racing. One of the biggest classes at WRP.

We usuually have 12-17 karts out on any given weekend. Other than Edie, Chuck, and Dewey, (watch for Mike Beeney too) the rest of us all run pretty close. To say the least, the heat races are very interesting! Overall it has gone well given the number of new drivers in a new class. You should come out and join the fun!

Rotax is definitely exploding. We had 42 for our race a few weeks back. Did you see the ASN Candian race (current top story on EKN) and how many Rotaxes they had?

The Utah series follows the same rules as the Rotax Max Challenge. The only adjusts allowed to the carb include the main jet, needle circlip, air mixture screw and idle screw. You can also adjust the power valve tension for when the motor comes on to the pipe. Other than that - it is a tech item. If your interested you can come out and take my for a spin on a practice night. We turn laps close to an 80 shifter and once you figure how to work the throttle, the karts are pretty responsive.

Chuck, Do the rules allow you to open up and adjust anything that isn't sealed? Where are the rules posted for our Utah series?
