We run a local series at Twin Fountain Raceway in Shelbyville, TN. Track has fast oval sections as well as the sprint course section which makes for a fun, fast paced track. Our shifter counts ranged from 8-15 last year wiht some very competitive racing. It is OPEN shifter with OPEN TIRE RULE at 400 lbs. If out this way try to make an race with us.

Jason
There is a monthly series at Atlanta Motorsports Park in Dawsonville, Ga. They just ran their first race last weekend and had a good shifter class. The track is one of the most challenging I have ever seen with 43 feet of elevation change. Their web site is TSRacingAtlanta.com. |

| As mentioned above, Twin Fountains is a great little track. Shifter class has been steadily growing as more people find out about the track and series. As open as it gets out here, if you can get it to the track you can run it. |

I have run SEKA races in Shelbyville, Tn the last two years.
The track has a pretty good flow to it. It is not Newcastle, but it is only an hour SE of nashville. We have had fields of 10 shifters or more, good rotax & TAG classes, and pretty good turnout for Briggs & Clone classes (I am a shifter guy and don't know much about 4 stroke karts). SEKA has a 1/4 mile oval for the paved oval guys.
Come race with us this summer - first race is April 20. Go to
Lets see if some stock Hondas can beat some ICC's again this year....
SEKAracing.com for details.
Most of us are there for fun, open tires this year, but we are requiring full width plastic rear bumpers.
