California Kool Aid.... you must have the market cornered on it, Joe

Kansas..there is a laugh. Bernies race would be the only one. Presently you can count stock hondas in that area on one hand.

Enzo, if its soooo bad that honda's doing well and you think everyone should have a KZ . Why don't you buy one for everybody and the problem would be solved.

The problem is they shouldn't chose what you need to race and instead allow all engine types to race

The Hegars are very fast guys. I can barely sniff after them for 3-4 corners in my stock honda when they are on their maxter.

Next race, they are running stock hondas, several seconds per lap slower, and we are all over each other.

Great, run the 125's together. Score them separately. Personally I would be pissed with a combined class because my stock honda would be a paperweight overnight.

Granted the rebuild cost of the engine relative to my tire bill is pretty small.

Joe,

If gas stays at it's present level, about a half dozen of us will make the trek to Infineon in November for the NCK race if they have it. It's been since 2010 we made the trip out. Miss running with you guys.

If I remember Bernie's race was directly on top of a race we had commited to( or within 5 days). I talked with Bernie and brought up the conflict, but to no avail.

Pretty simple One one side you have an obsoulete bike engine that must be adapted for use on a kart and there is only one manufacturer.

On the other side you have ICC. A purpose built kart engine with several manufacturers. A nice neat package that looks like it belongs on a kart.

The cost diffrence is not all that great.

The fact that Honda has the market share it does says the Honda's are very good or the ICC's have some serious down sides or both.
