Maybe. If I can find something that's actually faster, that in't a twin, that doesn't use a Wiseco piston, and that has front intake. _________________ Brian |

Martina,
Share some dyno numbers with us as far as hp and torque. In addition, are the numbers from a chasis or engine dyno ? When will the engine be available for karters to purchase ? |

Hi Scott, at this point saying a number would completely be inaccurate, nonsense and even not serious. It would be saying something just to type on the keyboard.
To be completely honest we can tell something as soon as we have REAL data about it, so when it will be fully tested.
I guess this behaviour is more serious than saying something just to let people say "OOOH" when, maybe, that numbers are not supported by facts.
Hope you understand and share our same point of view.
About time, we plan to release it in 3/4 months. But if someone is still sure to want it and wants to make sure to get one of the first lot, he/she can mail us and we'll put him/her on the list.
Anyway, this is not the sk, but something else we're actually doing too, which is a project on a 50cc racer (bikes, not karts). Maybe somehow off topic, but I guess that every motor lover will enjoy the view

Thank you Martina, your response on power output is good and honest which will gain much respect instead of create a number. We all know that DEA will not build such engine that will not be competitive against any or all others.
Your engine cases for 250 single Superkart will be billet CNC or sand cast like your inline twin?

Hi all,
just wanted to tell that we updated the website with new images and that we opened the orders today.
You can find them all here: http://www.dea-engineering.com/?p=18
For the US market, we made an agreement with Ransom Street Racing / Doug Newhouse.
Thank you and have a nice day! |
