As Ben says "bring money" That is a must but it doesn't need to be your money. Your first step is a sound business plan. It would be great for GFK. I am probably about an hour from Williamsburg. Smile

Contact Jacksonville Fl city office. They have the 103 Street Public Kart track and it has been sucessful for years.
