The membership issue is resolved. You can now handle the membership signup within your account again. Little glitch with the new year change.
This event does not require membership, but, there are incentives now that will not be available at events after Laguna Seca, so if you are going to do your membership, do it now with your entry for Laguna. _________________ Roger Miller

I was doing neither... for once.
I was commenting on the fact that you have the resources at hand to run multiple races at LS, and that's a feat on the time schedule we have there.
I was being impressed... _________________ Play now, work later! |

I am finding lots of little things that need tending to on my chassis. Remember that you only have one practice before your A and B mains.
If you are unsure about something, ask about it here. Roadracers are some of the friendliest humans on the planet, unless you knock them off the track of course
Hey Kerry how's the kart coming along? |

It's stripped and heading to the powdercoater today. Get it back Friday, and start putting it together. Should be ready for LS!
Later in the day... Well, we have a small problem. Seems there is a big crack on the inside frame rail where the front motor mount sits. Gonna need a bit of welding work first... _________________ Play now, work later!

Ray,
Monterey is not like Vallejo--you should be able to park most places and not get into trouble. I'm sure you can find something reasonable in hotels.com. _________________ A lie gets halfway around the world before the truth has a chance to get its pants on. -- Winston Churchill. |

A few people stayed at the Super 8 on Fremont the first year. My room was clean, inexpensive, convenient to the freeway.
It ain't a 4 star, but it's a place to sleep. |

Kerry, bummer dude. Buying things from karters by mail is like flipping a coin, a 50/50 proposition at best
Ray, some people stay in Salinas. |

The crack is a temporary setback. Steve will take care of it later today, and I'll be back in business. _________________ Play now, work later! |

Joe is Correct! Salinas reminds me too much of Valejo! BTW Super 8 in Monterey turned me down because of the trailer!! |

Just a suggestion.
Sorry it didn't work. There are several other hotels close by that may have room for the trailer.
Have fun! |
