Link here: (I tried copying the picture and re-hosting but the web site was too smart for me) http://www.kartonline.com.br/motores.php?exibe=3404-maxter-rxx-entra-na-disputa-de-motores-homologados-no-brasil#.UNNnam-ACAk

I found out about this on the Proper Karting Forum on Facebook. The motor looks to be exclusive to South America (sad). It is a 125 Sudam, direct drive with no rev limiter.

Here is the translated article: Who waits for the end of the 2012 season, kart can wait a little longer. The main competitions have awarded the big winners and big factories in this rocking show the technical innovations for 2012.

CRG Brazil, with exclusivity in KartOnline Portal, provides the market with your engine manufacturer's model RXX MAXTER 125cc. The version of TIENE RXX is characterized by the use of palettes longer, making it more power in low and a different balancing the crankshaft, which in turn decreases and the impact force exerted on the frame.

The cylinder head, cylinder, and crankcase piston has aluminum as base composition, and the cylinder wall is cast iron and crankshaft and connecting rod, designed in steel. The electrical system is based on the model coil PVL 10/5 458. Below is the homologation form.

Following the commercial area of the CRG, the new engine has the promotional price of U.S. $ 5,400.00 for applications until 21/12. Delivery will be from the day 10/01/2013. Contact via email: thiago@crgbrasil.com

I have a hard time believing that it will cost that much, maybe something was lost in translation.

Does anyone else know anything about the motor?

Check out Parilla's Sudam MY'10. The Sudam formula is simple karting and works from Junior all the way to senior. An American Sudam series would be awesome!
