Kid Karters "WANTED"

Would love to find more kid karters in Central Florida. Seems like every time we go to Orlando Or Ocala my little mini me is the only one and hes getting bored with it. should come down to Racecomplex in fort myers we were 6 kid karters this weekend and pretty much every race.

Hey Marc,
What track is that and sure would like to find some locals. I know there are a couple that go to Ocala but havnt seen them lately. Orlando is a wasteland when it comes to Owners. Its a very nice track since being redone but the pits suck and not very owner friendly which is a shame.

I have been taking my son, age 6, karting for about 6 months. He has competed in a couple of the kid kart races in Ocala recently and had a great time, but similar to your son when it comes to seat time outside of racing he is starting to become bored at being the only kid kart at the track practicing. I have been taking my son to Orlando for practice due to the convenience of location for us. We don’t go nearly as often anymore but when we do go it is typically on Sunday mornings.
From a scheduling standpoint we likely won’t make it to the track again until after the holidays. If you’re interested, maybe we can work something out and meet for practice early next year.

I race up in SC and there are usually anywhere from 2-4 kid karters racing there. I know it's a bit of a haul, but some of the older racers who race there also race at Ocala... so I know people travel...
