Aright guys, Whats the easy way to change it out without the special tool?

I have a 12, and I am replacing it. Last time it was done by a friend of mine, with that tool. He is out of town, and I NEED to drive tomorrow!

Got it off with a little bit on ingenuity.


Actually, probably easier than with the tool in the first place.
