| The middle of the bridge expands when hot, hence when cold if you could look at it from the side it should look slightly banana shaped, so if you put a steel straight ruler on it vertically you would see a slight gap of air in the middle that transitions back to normal on top and bottom as it gets to the main area of the barrel. The idea is while is is at operation running temp it expands to a straight line, hence this then does not push the ring into the back of the gap on the piston. A little 400 and 600 wet with WD-40 will do the trick, the art of it is to take off just the right amount and transition shape. That comes with many years of motor build to know just the right combo. Don't destroy the plating. Practice on a junk barrel. |

Wouldn't this also be illegal? |

| Valentin, in "Stock Honda" class you are really required to keep pretty much everything OEM-Stock. In Mod Moto class you can experiment with cylinders, ports, pistons, heads, etc. |

| The cylinders that I have bought already had a relieved exhaust port from the factory. |
