WTB: 257 Pipe.

I know this belongs in the classifieds but thought it would get more visibility here. Does anybody have a left hand exhaust pipe for a Rotax 257? Restoring a Swift kart.

I've had this lying in my workshop for 8 years now and I'd guess that it is of 90's manufacture. Don't know where it came from, don't know what it is, but it is in absolutely pristine condition and has a 50mm I/D neck.

Blown/hydroformed header and then scalloped. No manufacturers markings.

Just ask for further details (anyone).

Free to a good home, just pay for packing/shipping

Just far too nice to throw in the scrap bin

Marc: I'll give you a ring. Rex needs one too. Picked up a brand new OEM 257 on ebay for $485. Since I had a Swift roller sitting, oculdn't resist. Hopefully can use kart as bait for a carpool buddy to share gas bills.
