The Kart shop, I get parts from, no longer carries Fel-Pro crankshaft seals for the KT-100. These seals cost only $2.62 each so, naturally I'm looking for someone else who carries them. They are part # FPS70004. Does Fel-Pro have a web site?
I have a source for these other seals that are made by Chicago Rawhide for about 2 bucks apiece. They are single lip and have a metal casing (not rubber coated like Yamaha seals). I know that this type worked ok in the old Macs. If I glue them in with silicon do you think they would work in a Yamaha? |
