Regarding the: NAKC - "3 Hours of Charlotte"
This is a special event for the SPRINT track that will be held over the weekend. Again, it's on the Sprint track - not enduro. The schedule shows practice on Friday, Practice & Time Trials on Saturday and Practice and Feature event on Sunday.
WKA is fully aware of the track time issue regarding the National Road Race Series(NRRS)
and the Briggs 300 participants. They have done their best to accommodate both groups by spreading the "300" out over one more day and also pushing
their "gates open" times back (they have backed it up again for this year).
All this is being done in an effort to ensure full length practice and races for the NRRS participants. However, obviously, weather, red flags and other obstacles will always affect the running of any event. WKA appreciates the cooperation both race groups have displayed over the years and will continue to make every effort they can to ensure a quality event for all.
All the NAKC schedules / entry blanks are available on the WKA website.
