I know it's a bit early to start talking about this, but my deal to have my kart stored in a heated garage this winter is looking to be crumbling--my friend with heated garage recently got laid off and may soon be moving.

The next alternative is to store my kart over the winter in my unheated, detached garage over the winter. I live just south of Indy, and temps are often below 10F here. Is this advisable? I know that I would need to drain the fuel and water, but what else? Will the cold attack the seals in the brake system(CTS Rockit with Brembos)? What about all the rubber hoses adn such? Anything else I need to worry about?
